Postal Down Sizing Strategies:

First they gave us a weak early-out [VER] with no incentives, then they gave us an offer that didn’t appeal to anyone other than those who were already leaving, then they gave us a letter with our paychecks encouraging us to turn each other in.  They’ve used excessing, increased work loads and discipline to thin us out. Consolidations are another looming tactic.  What’s next?
