Management continually violates the contract and wrecks our personal lives with arbitrary, repetitive and ill advised excessing, schedule changes and discipline. They then seek to make up for it with an occasional ‘pep’ rally speech about team work and a $3 gift like a fanny pack or t-shirt in the hopes that we will forgive all and buy into their next round of service destroying decisions.
